Whisky Tastings

Mitch is the owner of CopperCairn whisky experiences. A company that he founded from his desire to combine two of his favorite passions; whisky and adventure. With 18 years’ experience within the Scotch whisky industry, he has worked for some of the largest brands in the world, including the likes of Johnnie Walker and Glenfiddich. These roles have taken him around the world educating and entertaining thousands of people. He has hosted training sessions, judged on international tasting panels and written articles on whisky. He is also a Keeper of the Quaich, an honor bestowed on a select number of people for their contribution to the whisky industry.

We at Scotland street are dedicated to superb service and are very excited to have Mitch on board with us. With us both working as a team we will be offering bespoke whisky tastings at 21 Scotland street.
